Hi, I'm Jonathan. I help fellow professionals create the life they want.
[ my founding story ]
My journey is probably a lot like yours. I've struggled with ADHD pretty much my whole life but I didn't understand it. I made some bad financial decisions, and hopped from job to job searching for a purpose never really focusing on something specific. If you have ADHD I’m sure you can relate. I was diagnosed in 2014, at age 28. That was the beginning of a 10 year adventure.
Then in 2023, I had my "I'VE HAD IT' moment...
After being forced to move back to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic due to financial reasons, I decided enough was enough. I vowed to make a change and no longer allow myself to be a prisoner of my circumstances or my condition.
So, with having such vast working experience, an MBA, and studying to become an attorney, I decided to start writing and finding ways to help others!
I focus on writing and offering encouraging advice to those who feel stuck. Many in their careers hit a ceiling and aren't sure what to do next. I aim to help you develop a plan to overcome these challenges and achieve your dreams.
I write a bi-weekly newsletter, The Career Navigator, sharing insights on decision-making tips for success. Through my experiences, both good and bad, I've learned valuable lessons that I now pass on to help others on their journey to a fulfilled life and career.
My wife and I have a heartfelt goal to return to the Dominican Republic within the next three years. We want to see our nephews grow up and continue the volunteer work that brought so much joy to our lives. This mission is deeply important to us, and we are committed to making it a reality.
While building my newsletter, I also teach my content through courses and YouTube. My mission is to help people make different decisions in order to enjoy life. Period.
When we're not working, my wife and I enjoy volunteering at our church and reading. We also love spending time outdoors and enjoying good food. We're just regular people who find joy in simple, meaningful activities.
